I hate diets. I hate BIG changes all at once. I hate the idea that you need to workout 2 hours a day in order to see results. I hate the idea that you need to shift everything in your life and drop it like it’s hot in order to EVOLVE! REAL, LASTING RESULTS don’t come with unsustainable habits; they are slowly built week after week of focusing on the small stuff.

The Next 60 Day Kickstart is about creating a LIFESTYLE around feeling healthier, achieving your goals and creating LASTING results. It’s about building momentum and getting you feeling back on track. TOGETHER we will dive into core health principles each week inside your own private portal.
We will work on creating a growth mindset by targeting hot topics such as self sabotaging behaviours, your perspective, resilence, and mindset around nutrtion. Included are workouts that can be completed both at home or in a gym setting, as well as, bonus weekly challenges to help spice things up a little.
I don’t focus on what you can TAKE OUT of your current lifestyle but instead small habits that you can ADD! It is my philosphy that it is easier to add than it is to take out or sacrifice.
