This year Thanksgiving looked very different for a lot of us. Our usual, extended big family feasts were reduced to only close family inside our bubbles. As I felt the change in the season and the shift in our normal crazy dinner parties, I was able to sit back and be incredibly grateful for all this year has taught me thus far.
I appreciate my close family so much more this year. I appreciate how my relationships with each person in my family has strengthened. I appreciated how I spend my time differently and am grateful for the ability of my health to allow me to explore the world and experience the beauty in my own backyard. I appreciate how this year I was challenged to grow, change my way of thinking and be stretched out of my comfort zone.
As we celebrate Thanksgiving this long weekend, take a minute to reflect and ask those around the table what they have learned over Covid. Dive into meaningful conversation that allows those around you to become vulnerable and open up.
And while you chat over dinner, you can sip on this delicious Pumpkin Spice Protein Latte I whipped up this weekend.

In Gratitude,
